From Logan Airport follow the signs to Boston via the Sumner Tunnel ($3.00 toll). Stay to the right and follow the signs to Storrow Drive (exit #26). Follow Storrow Drive West. Just past the exit for Mass. Ave., you'll come to a double exit for Fenway/Kenmore (all exits are on your left; the river is on your right).The sign will say "left lane for exit", but if you stay in the center lane, you will exit smoothly into the Kenmore part of the exit, which is the one that you want. Stay to the right as you exit, because you will make an extremely sharp right at the very first stop light. Stay to the right as if you were going to pull over and park. About 5 car lengths down, you'll see a big tree and a fire hydrant--that's right in front of the Gryphon House! You may double park with your flashers on and come in and ring the bell. We'll direct you to parking from our office window. Or take the Blue Line to Government Center then the Green Line to Kenmore Square

From The Mass Turnpike / Interstate 90 take the Cambridge / Allston exit and follow the signs for Cambridge. You'll come out next to a big Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel. Make a right in front of the hotel onto Storrow Drive toward Downtown Boston. Go one and a half miles and take the Kenmore Sq. exit. Stay to the right as you exit, because you will make an extremely sharp right at the very first stop light. (Stay to the right as if you were going to pull over and park.) About 5 car lengths down, you'll see a big tree and a fire hydrant--that's right in front of the Gryphon House! You may doublepark with your flashers on and come in and ring the bell. We'll direct you to parking from our office window.
From Mass. Ave. go west on Beacon St. ( that will be a right if coming from the north over the Charles River, or a left if coming from the south through Boston). Go straight down a long block, staying in the right side lane, and cross Charlesgate East, go under the overpass, and cross Charlesgate West. Stay to the extreme right side, because you are entering the intersection of Beacon Street, which continues on straight, and Bay State Road, which veers off to the right Stay to the right as if you were going to pull over and park. Just past the stoplight, you'll see a big tree and a fire hydrant--that's right in front of the Gryphon House! You may doublepark with your flashers on and come in and ring the bell. We'll direct you to parking from our office window.
subway mapBy the T take the Green Line to the Kenmore Station. Exit to your right onto Beacon Street. When you come up the stairs, out of the subway, just walk straight ahead to the end of the large brick building (Myles Standish Hall) and look over to the left. You'll see a big tree and a fire hydrant--that's right in front of the Gryphon House!
