Victoria is a spacious room on the third floor (please note that we do not have an elevator) with an abundance of turn-of-the-last-century charm: crystal chandelier, custom-made silk lampshades, and a white iron and brass queen bed. There is plenty of room in Victoria to add an aerobed, if needed, for a third person. The gas fireplace has its original woodwork surround that includes a built-in bench. There are hand-painted murals over the fireplace and in the dining area. Victoria has a large closet and built in drawers in the sleeping alcove. There are two comfortable chairs with ottomans by the large bow windows that look out on Beacon Street and Bay State Road. Victoria has a pale gold marble bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. A cafe table and chairs provide an eating area. The kitchen is furnished with sink and counter space and a refrigerator as well as glass and tableware. There are no cooking facilities but we provide coffee and coffee maker, an electric kettle and toaster for convenience. Amenities include plush bathrobes, iron and ironing board, toiletries and blow dryer.
